π Hi, Iβm Paul! Iβm a friend, a mentor, and an insatiable learner; a graphic designer, a public servant, and a recreational swimmer; a coffee addict, a tech-savvy millennial, and an amateur list maker.

I'm a professional with 5 years of experience in the public sector β my work spans nonprofit, higher education, and federal civilian service. My specialty is project management; I bring complex ideas to life. I have a track record of successful implementation from technology modernization to strategic planning. Along the way, I utilize a suite of digital tools that improve organizational performance and operations.
The values of public service are deeply embedded in my being. As a vocal undergraduate, I inspired institutional change alongside my peers. As an AmeriCorps member, I gave back to the people and place that invested in me. As a Fulbright grantee, I represented my country and my culture abroad.
I hold undergraduate degrees in political science and materials science and engineering from NC State University. Iβm currently enrolled in the masterβs program for public policy at Harvard Kennedy School.
I care most about government operations and performance management. After graduating from Harvard, I intend to lend my time and talents back to the U.S. federal government. I will build on my portfolio of accomplishments in the public sector, most recently designing the 5-year strategic plan for AmeriCorps, the U.S. agency for service and volunteering in America. I aspire to transform federal agencies so they can better deliver on their mission and public services.
So far, Iβve created a life that includes:
